How we deliver results


Our sessions are coached by our expert personal trainers, to ensure you’re getting the most out of your sessions, your technique is on point and you are held accountable to getting the results you've always wanted. You will also be training with an awesome community of like-minded people, who are supportive and encouraging.

Our coaches are specialists in pre and post natal, peri and menopause exercise, along with injury rehab exercise. You will be fully supported throughout your program and be able to work within your capacity.

Bootcamp 1MOREREP is led by fitness expert and ex paratrooper Scott Henderson, who specialises in motivation, he gets people like yourself in the BEST shape of their lives.

He is the expert people go to, when they need help with their own health, fitness, nutrition, mindset and wellbeing.

No matter what your current level-fitness is, Scott Henderson and the team can show you how to recondition your body fast and achieve your health and fitness goals.

These local residents tried various standard gym workouts and limited diets that weren’t fun and couldn’t find anything that would deliver results that they could stick to, until they found us!

What happens next


Our training sessions are held at King George V Playing Area, Shepherds Lane, Mill End, Rickmansworth WD3 8JN , and Cowley Hall Recreation Ground UB8 2AE 5 days a week across mornings and evenings.

We have multiple different programs available depending on your goals and needs. At Bootcamp 1MR, we believe in giving you the best fitness experience with confidence. That's why we start you off with a trial before making any commitment.

1. Bootcamp 1MOREREP go way beyond group coaching, members get a personal touch that enables them to get the most out of each session.

2. We coach individually within a group and therefore cater for all fitness levels, so when you join you don’t feel like you have to keep up with everybody.

3. We provide a non intimidating setting, no member feels left behind, you won’t be judged and therefore there is no need to compare yourself to others, all of our members are extremely friendly and supportive.

4. We help injured members work through their injuries to get them stronger, so they feel that this is not a barrier to exercise and they still hit their weight loss and fitness goals.

5. We provide more than just sessions and coach on nutrition, mindset and habit formation to help them better their lifestyles and build confidence in everyday life.

6. Our set-up is like a club and doesn’t just stop at sessions, we are support group and very social, we offer a lot of challenges and social events throughout the year which keep members coming for more as they like to achieve results and see their friends!
